LightUp Ultra Thin Light Box Warranties and Return Policies
Upon receipt, open and inspect your shipment immediately. Merchandise lost, damaged or delayed by the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the carrier and any claims must be initiated directly with them by the receiver.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If not completely satisfied, you may return your LightUp light box display (unused and repackaged as it was originally received) within 3 business days of receipt. Upon our *receipt and successful inspection, we'll refund your purchase price less restocking fee, shipping & handling. To initiate your return, contact us at 218-346-6644 for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) form and number. No credit can be issued without this RMA.
Warranty
Allegro Display & Graphics warrants it's LightUp light box displays, through the manufacturer, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date. If a defect appears Allegro Display & Graphics will, at the manufacturer's option, either repair or replace the defective part(s) at it's own expense (excluding freight) providing the light box display, in the sole opinion of the manufacturer, has not been subjected to willful abuse, neglect, alteration or normal wear & tear. This does not cover bulbs or ballasts. Report any warranty damage by calling Allegro Display & Graphics at 218.346.6644. Replacement or parts for most repairs can be shipped within 7-10 business days.
*Please note: all LightUp light box displays are made to order and therefore subject to a standard 25% restocking fee. Inbound freight to Allegro is the responsibility of the sender and product that has been used, damaged or is otherwise unfit for resale cannot be returned for credit. Allegro reserves the right to limit the return of orders to quantities of 3 or less. |
