Customer's Responsibility: Inspection Upon Receipt Of Order
DO NOT ACCEPT MERCHANDISE IF HAS BEEN DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT. Upon receipt, open and inspect your shipment immediately. Merchandise lost, damaged or delayed by the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the carrier and any claims must be initiated directly with them by the receiver [go to: UPS Claims/Damages/Losses].
Warranty | Standard Products
Allegro Display & Graphics warrants it's standard products, through their respective manufacturers, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a minimum period of 30 days up to 1 year (varies by manufacturer and product) from the original date of purchase. If a defect appears Allegro Display & Graphics will, at the manufacturer's option, either repair or replace the defective part(s) at it's own expense (excluding freight) providing the product, in the sole opinion of the manufacturer, has not been subjected to willful abuse, neglect, alteration or normal wear & tear. Report any warranty damage by calling Allegro Display & Graphics at 218.346.6644. Replacement or parts for most damages are be shipped within 5-business days.
*All Returns:
1). Returns will be accepted only by obtaining a pre-authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form from Allegro Display & Graphics (call 218-346-6644). RMA form must be completed and included with all packages returned. Items received without a RMA form will not be credited.
2). All express orders are subject to a 25% inspection and restocking fee.
3). Absolutely no returns will be accepted and no refunds credited on products that have been used, damaged or are otherwise deemed unfit for resale.
4). All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original cartons to insure proper, unbroken return for credit. RMA's received at our facility that are broken due to insufficient return packaging will not be credited. Packages being returned must be insured by you for your protection. Purchaser is responsible for damage caused while products are in their possession or damage caused by the freight company they hire for return shipment.
5). Purchaser is responsible for payment of both the original shipping out and all shipping costs back to Allegro Display & Graphics.
6). After 30 days, no returns will be authorized.
7). Allegro reserves the right to limit the return of stock items to quantities of 3 or less.
8). Returns will be accepted only on standard items in standard colors only. Absolutely no returns accepted on any custom order products (ie: displays, signs, graphics, custom made items in custom colors, etc.).

Once placed, all orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Once approved and entered into production, all custom orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled. If a defect appears Allegro Display & Graphics will, at the manufacturer's option, either repair or replace the defective part(s) at it's own expense (excluding freight) providing the literature display, in the sole opinion of the manufacturer, has not been subjected to willful abuse, neglect, alteration or normal wear & tear. Report any warranty damage by calling Allegro Display & Graphics at 218.346.6644.

OptiWall Custom Trade Show Display Warranties and Return Policies
Upon receipt, open and inspect your shipment immediately and note any damage when signing for your order. We cannot be responsible for freight charges incurred including any extra charges such as inside delivery, interlinging of carriers, and international shipments. Merchandise lost, damaged or delayed by the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the carrier and any claims must be initiated with 10 business days.

Warranty
Allegro Display & Graphics warrants the OptiWall popup frame, through the original manufacturer, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product and extends this warranty to the original purchaser. Repairs will be made at the nearest service center. If a defect appears Allegro Display & Graphics will, at the manufacturer's option, either repair or replace the frame at it's own expense (excluding freight) free of charge, no questions asked, as long as you are the original owner. Report any warranty damage by calling Allegro Display & Graphics at 218.346.6644.
GRAPHICS WARRANTY
All graphic mural panels are warranted for 14 days from the time of purchase. Warranty is limited to customer mishandling the murals, rolling the murals tighter than the provided case, rolling the mural image side in, and shipping damage. Any printing, delaminating, or paneling issues, that are due to manufacturer’s defect need to be addressed within the 14 day period for the warranty to be in effect.
COLOR
Unless a printed proof is ordered, customer waives the right to object to the colors printed. There will be no guarantee that colors will be printed to customer's expectations. Remember, since all monitors are not calibrated alike, we have nothing to compare your digital file to. We print to our best judgement, unless a proof is provided or requested. Critical Pantone CMYK colors should be called out if your job is color sensitive. Remember, a PDF proof only provides us a guide as to ensure all the elements are present and fonts are correct. PDF is not used to color match.

Please note: Printing in large format does not ensure 100% color accuracy. Colors and photos will print at approximate 95% accurate. We print in CMYK ONLY. Art Submissions with specific Pantone Color call outs will automatically be converted to CMYK. If you require a specific color to be matched, we will make every effort to do so. Since we print in CMYK and not in spot PMS colors, the final color printed may not exactly match your desired result. Printed proofs (at additional charge) are required if color matching is specified.
For your convenience we do offer test strips prior to final printing for you to review (at an additional cost). This will add 3 (or more) days to your schedule. Any adjustments to color will be subject to additional cost, including any additional proofs that need to be sent out.

Upon our *receipt and successful inspection, we'll refund the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee, shipping & handling. To initiate your return, contact us at 218-346-6644 for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) form and number. No credit can be issued without this RMA. Custom printed graphics are non-returnable, non-refundable.
