Stock Imprint Colors
PMS numbers listed below each stock imprint color are provided for your reference to a current PANTONE /solid coated FORMULA GUIDE only. They are the closest reasonable PMS colors to our stock imprint colors, but are not intended to be an exact PMS color match. Therefore we make NO guarantee the colors displayed on this website, whether printed or viewed on screen, will match actual stock imprint colors.

Fabric Care: To limit wrinkling, machine wash warm on gentle cycle. Tumble dry LOW. When pressing, iron or steam with LOW heat on back side of fabric. NEVER IRON IMPRINTED AREA OR NEVER DRY CLEAN IMPRINTED FABRICS.

Artwork: All pricing is based on client submitting properly created print-ready file(s) directly to our art department. Some thin lines or small shapes may not reproduce at the thickness or size submitted, therefore we reserve the right to make slight alterations in graphics to adapt to imprint specifications. We are not responsible for detecting errors in customer supplied art/copy.

Flame Retardant: Fabric is fire retardant, tested to meet or exceed National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 701 for flame resistance. [download NFPA 701 Certificate]

Returns: We reserve the right to limit the return of unimprinted table coverings to a quantity of 5 or less. Unimprinted table coverings may be returned, unused in their original packaging, within 7 days of receipt and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All custom imprinted table coverings are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Order Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Once an order is placed, artwork is received, inspected and readied for imprinting and an order confirmation has been created that order will be charged a minimum cancellation fee of $39. Customer is responsible for all labor and material costs incurred prior to cancellation and will be billed accordingly. Once an order has been confirmed and entered into our production schedule, it is considered firm and cannot be cancelled.
