Each new order requiring custom imprinted artwork will incur a one-time imprint setup charge at the price listed on the product page. This setup charge is per file, not per color, and assumes your artwork has already been properly setup to our print-ready specifications (any art services, if necessary, for us to prepare your file to our print-ready specifications will be additional. If you are unable to provide us with a proper print-ready file, call 800.969.9913 for a quote to have our art department recreate your artwork in vectors for you). Once an order has been placed, and we have received artwork, the custom imprint setup charge is non-refundable. Each print-ready file is archived FREE for a period of two years from the date of your invoice for exact reprint orders.
Exact reprint using archived artwork. There is no setup charge on exact repeat orders placed within two years of the invoice date of the previous order, provided the artwork is identical, including the same size, same colors and on the same item. After 2 years, it is considered a new order.
Exact product, color and imprint color cannot be guaranteed on repeat orders, due to slight variations in lot runs. Variations will be considered acceptable. |
