During the first year, after the original date of purchase, we will, through the original manufacturer, replace any panels which are determined to be defective in workmanship or material due to use. This warranty does not cover puncture (from high heels, sharp objects, etc.), slashing, cutting, abrasion (from soil, gravel, stones, etc.) nor any other damage due to accidental causes or intentional or unintentional misuse.
Shipping Damage: Upon receiving, open and inspect your shipment immediately. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 3 business days of receiving merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse any claims not reported within that time frame. policies
