2. Files names cannot contain invalid punctuation characters: Your file name(s) cannot include any of the following punctuation characters !@#$%^&*(){}<>?\+=/ and they should be removed before you begin to upload. [back to top]

3. File names cannot contain more than 31 characters: Your file name(s) must be 31 characters or less in length, including any spaces, hyphens, underscores, periods and the file extension. For example: mycompany_tablecover_artwork.ai contains exactly 31 characters. Anything shorter, ie: mycompany_tcoverart.ai(22 characters), is acceptable. 4. How do I know when my file upload is complete? At the end of the transfer, you'll see a screen indicating your upload is complete. You can then begin to upload your next file. Please note: Do not close your web browser during file transfer as doing so will halt your file upload and you'll need to start over. [back to top]

5. Do I have to use uploadDirect to submit my files?
No. You can also burn your files to a CD or DVD and ship them to us. [ship to information]

6. Can I send you my files using another service (ie: my own FTP server)?
Yes, however there will be a minimal charge for us to schedule our art department to go and download files from another server. [back to top]

7. Pricing for our custom printed graphics is based on our production department receiving print-ready files (via uploadDirect) that have been properly designed to our specifications and includes our reviewing (1) file, readying it for printing, producing and emailing (1) order confirmation for your approval. By uploading artwork to our production department, you acknowledge that any file not following our specifications is considered a working file; your project may be delayed and/or the appropriate charges added to your order for our designers to properly prepare your files for production.
