How our Custom Printing Process Works
1. When you place your order and we receive your print-ready file(s), our art department will review it (them), checking for any potential problems.

2. Once the review is completed (within 24 hours), we'll email you a PDF order confirmation for your approval.

3. After you receive your order confirmation you must sign, date and fax a copy back to us [see also>changes]. Upon receipt, we'll enter your order into our production schedule [see> turnaround].

4. Once your order is scheduled, it will be completed, packaged and shipped according to the production schedule listed on your order confirmation.

Print-ready Pricing
Throughout our website (unless otherwise noted), pricing for custom printed graphics is based on our receiving print-ready files. Print-ready assumes all files have been proofed and approved before being submitted to us. Files that are incorrectly sized, require changes, etc. and are not ready-to-print, will incur additional charges.

Proof-reading Submitted Files
All files submitted to our art department as print-ready, unless otherwise specified on your order, are considered to have been proof-read, are accurate and ready for us to print. We DO NOT proof-read any files submitted to our art department, and therefore cannot be responsible for detecting errors in client supplied artwork. [see also>changes]

Payment Terms
All purchases must be paid in full via Electronic Funds Transfer or by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards prior to any work beginning. Payment by check is also accepted but delays in order processing and shipping will occur as checks must be received and clear before any work will begin.

Orders
Orders can be submitted via our web site, www.tradeshow-stuff.com or by calling our sales department at 800.969.9913. When an order is received, we will generate a sales invoice and send to you by email. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the sales invoice for accuracy, including quantity, pricing, shipping method and shipping address.

Order Confirmations
When placing a custom artwork order with Allegro Display & Graphics you're authorizing us to charge $39 to your credit card to PreFlight each file and provide a final order confirmation. Order confirmations are a mandatory part of our production process and cannot be waived. After you review your order confirmation and proof, you must fax back a signed copy to us in order for production to begin.
PRODUCTION TIME BEGINS AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR FAXED APPROVAL.

Changes to your artwork
After you review your order confirmation and proof, you must fax back a signed copy to us. If you see changes you wish to make at this point, you can either submit a new file(s) (will incur an additional $39 charge), have us make the changes for you (will incur additional time and charges) or you can "Cancel Your Job" see cancellations.

Order Changes
All order changes must be confirmed in writing. No changes (including shipping) will be accepted on the scheduled day of shipment.

Closeouts | Showroom Model Products
All closeouts, demo and showroom products sold in the closeout area of our website are sold as is. All sales are final and are non-returnable, non-refundable.

Order Cancellations
If for some reason your order must be cancelled, notify us immediately. Once placed, all orders are subject to a 15% minimum cancellation fee. Any additional costs incurred up to the time of cancellation will also be billed to your credit card. Once approved and entered into production, all custom orders are considered firm and the client is responsible for all labor and material costs incurred up to cancellation and will be billed accordingly. Only written cancellations will be accepted.

Normal Turnaround / Rush Services
Our normal production is quite fast (7-10 business days). Many of our products include our 5-day rush production where we print and ship your order, via FedEx , on the 5th business day after receiving your faxed order approval. Shipping by UPS will take from 1 to 5 days nationwide, depending on your location and shipping service selected. In most parts of the US, that means you can estimate you'll have your order in approximately 7-10 business days.

If you need to receive your order faster, speak with one of our customer service representatives about rush production and upgraded shipping options when you place your order.

Rush production options available:
5-day Rush Production.
Ships via FedEx on the 5th business day after receipt of your faxed order approval.
3-day Rush Production.
Ships via UPS on the 3rd business day after receipt of your faxed order approval.
2-day Express! Production.
Ships via FedEx on the 2nd business day after receipt of your faxed order approval.

Shipping
All orders are shipped using FedEx Ground, unless a specific upgraded service is requested. Drop shipments to multiple locations will require an additional per location charge. All shipments are made with FedEx only. We do not ship using third party billing accounts. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice.
We will not be held responsible for shipments not received due to reasons such as, but not limited to, national disaster, employee strikes, weather, or any other reason(s) not in our direct control.

Upon receipt, open and inspect your shipment immediately. All damages or discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise. Manufacturer's reserve the right to not honor any claims reported after that time. Merchandise lost, damaged or delayed by the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the carrier and any claims must be initiated directly with them [go to: FedEx Claims/Damages/Losses]

Custom Printed Product Returns
Everything we print is custom printed to our client's specifications. Custom printed products cannot be recovered and reused. For this reason custom printed products are non-returnable, non-refundable. The only accepted returns of merchandise is for product defects or miss printing caused by error on our part, and must be reported immediately. If we miss print a product we will take it back and print a new product to the correct client approved artwork.

Merchandise Lost, Damaged or Delayed

Pricing, Changes & Typographical Errors
All prices throughout this website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change, correct or discontinue and products, promotions or programs at any time without further notice and correct any & all typographical and/or pricing errors.

Original Artwork
All original artwork, photographs, etc. are returned to the client. All preparatory & pre-press materials (e.g. scans, final files, working files) remain the exclusive property of Allegro Display & Graphics.

Archived Artwork
All print-ready files are archived by Allegro Display & Graphics for a period of 2 years from the date of the original order. Any artwork older than 2 years must be resubmitted. Order confirmations are required on all reprint orders. Any artwork altered in any way is not considered a repeat order.

Color Proofing
PDF files are supplied as final order confirmation for each client file but are not considered color accurate proofs. Color prints from client owned equipment are also not considered to be color accurate proofs. Because of differences in equipment, media and materials, inks and other conditions between color proofing and production operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job can be expected. When variation of this kind occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance.

Hard Copy (Printed) Color Approvals

Unless a printed hard copy color approval is requested, customer waives the right to object to the colors printed. There is no guarantee that colors will print to a customer's expectations. We print to our best judgement, unless a printed hard copy color approval is requested. Critical Pantone CMYK colors should be called out if your job is color sensitive. A PDF proof only provides us a guide as to ensure all the elements are present, fonts are correct, and so forth. PDF proofs are not used to color match.

Please note: Printing in large format does not ensure 100% color accuracy. Colors and photos will print an approximate 95% accurate. We print in CMYK ONLY. Art Submissions with specific Pantone Color call out's will automatically be converted to CMYK. If you require a specific color to be matched, include a match print, or previously printed media such as a brochure, business card or any printed sample with your desired color. We will make an effort to match your specified color (color matching will incur additional time and cost). Since we print in CMYK and not in spot PMS colors, we will use the closest CMYK equivalent to your PMS color, however the final color printed may not exactly match the PMS color provided. Printed hard copy color approvals are required if color matching is specified (color matching will incur additional time and cost).

Printed hard copy color approval will not be furnished unless required by the client and listed in our quotation. Any printing time lost or alterations/corrections made because of the client's delay or change of mind will be charged at our current rates. For color matching, this proof must be returned to Allegro Display & Graphics. Any corrections will be marked on this proof and the printed proof marked "OK", "OK with Corrections", or "Revised Proof Required" and signed by the client. Unless the printed proof is signed and returned, Allegro Display & Graphics will not be responsible for final color or undetected production errors.

Copyright Infringement
Allegro Display & Graphics will not accept responsibility for copyright infringements resulting from the reproduction of graphics provided by its customers. By ordering from us and our website, you are representing that you have full rights to use the copy, design, and images in your piece without infringing on the intellectual property rights of any third parties. You also recognize that subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, so absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. You further warrant that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing your Content for reproduction.

You also agree to indemnify and hold Allegro Display & Graphics and any of our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, business partners or employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of graphics you submit, or transmit through our website or to us, for printing. Allegro Display & Graphics reserves the right to refuse any job it believes will violate any Federal, State, or local laws.

Use of Trademarks
By ordering from us and our website, you are representing that you have full rights to use any trademarks in your printed graphics without infringing on the intellectual property rights of any third parties. You also recognize that trademarks do not have to bear a ™ or ® symbol in order to be protected by trademark law, so absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. You further warrant that no trademark symbol has been removed from any logos used in preparing your graphics for reproduction.

You also agree to indemnify and hold Allegro Display & Graphics and any of our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, business partners or employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of graphics you submit, or transmit through our website or to us, for printing. Allegro Display & Graphics reserves the right to refuse any job it believes will violate any Federal, State, or local laws.

Illicit Materials/Pornography
Allegro Display & Graphics reserves the right to refuse any orders we consider to be pornographic, racist, sexist or otherwise inappropriate for reproduction and/or promoting the same.

Privacy Policy
Our goal at Allegro Display & Graphics is to provide an online shopping environment that is easy and safe to use, and respectful of our customers and other visitors.

All sensitive portions of online transactions are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

We do not sell or rent email addresses or personally identifiable information to anyone!

Allegro Display & Graphics collects personally identifiable information from our visitors only on a voluntary basis, which may include name, address, email address, phone number, etc. We require visitors to supply personally identifiable information when requesting specific information or quotes, or when placing an order with us. We use the information we collect only to respond to requests, quotes, process orders or for marketing our own products and/or services.

Persons who do not wish to have their names included on Allegro Display & Graphics postal or email mailing lists should contact cservice@allegromkt.com by email and their names will be deleted.

Our web servers collect the domain names (not email addresses) of vistitors to our web sites. This information is aggregated to measure number of visits, pages viewed, etc. in order for use to measure the use and improve the content of our site.
