Limited Lifetime Warranty: Allegro Display & Graphics warrants this frame, through it's manufacturer, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Frames believed to have a manufacturing defect will be repaired and/or replaced after inspection of the issue. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to the manufacturer for inspection. After inspection, if deemed a manufacturing defect, the frame will be repaired and/or replaced and returned to the customer at no cost via standard ground shipping during the first year of the warranty period. After the first year, customer is responsible for inbound as well as the outbound shipping costs. If deemed not to be a manufacturing defect, the customer will be notified and the product may be repaired and/or replaced at the customers expense. Shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility for any items needing expedited shipping. Claims not covered by this warranty include, but are not limited to, mistreatment, alterations, neglect, weather, natural disasters, failure to follow manufacturer's instructions, incorrect use, theft, loss, vandalism, destruction, damage in transit or normal wear & tear. Photographs of the damaged product are required to begin a claim.
