Q. What is vector art?
A. Vector art (commonly known as line art) is made up of lines and curves defined by mathematical objects called vectors (thus the name). Vector art can easily be enlarged to any size (ie: as big as a house) with no loss of quality. Vector art backgrounds are transparent; and any color can be easily added to the background. Vector art colors are easily changed to any color desired. Vector art is easily edited; added to or parts deleted. Vector art is "graphics friendly" and usable by everyone. See [Recreate Your Logo in Vector Art] for more information. [back to top of page]

Q. Can you recreate my logo in vector art?
A. Yes, we're able to recreate over 90% of all the bitmap logos we receive. If your logo was originally created in vector art, and then simply saved to a bitmap format (ie: GIF, PNG, JPG), it's likely that we can. Our team of professional artists will precisely redraw your artwork by hand in 24-48 hours, in high quality vector format. No automatic tracing software is used, in short eliminating all the problems associated with auto tracing. When completed you'll receive a copy for future use everywhere. PLEASE NOTE: We're not able to recreate detailed illustrations or complex original artwork, 3D effects, photos, paintings, clipart or from very small, low resolution files. See [Recreate Your Logo in Vector Art] for more information. [back to top of page]

Q. Can you use my .PNG file to imprint?
A. No, unfortunately we cannot. PNG (Portable Network Graphics) was designed for transferring images on the Internet, not for professional-quality print graphics. PNG is not a Vector graphic file format, it's a Raster graphics (bitmap) file format used for websites. However, we may be able to [Recreate Your Logo in Vector Art] for you so it can be used.
